Purchase Procedure

1. Choose the Vehicle

Please look through our vehicle inventory and if you see something you want, click the Inquire Now button. We will receive your inquiry and respond to you through email with comprehensive pricing. You will be assigned a dedicated vehicle export sales team, with whom you can communicate via email, phone, Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, and other means. They are available to answer any queries you may have about the model. ​

2.Confirm/Request the Vehicle

Request a Proforma Invoice (P/I) if you agree with the CIF price. Proforma Invoice is an official document that invites you to make a purchase. Upon issuance of Proforma invoice, vehicle will be placed on hold till the due date mentioned.

3. Receive Official Proforma Invoice

Please acknowledge receipt of the invoice once you have received it. Check your information and let us know if anything needs to be changed. Vehicle complete details with Price breakdown and our Company official details will be all printed on invoice. Our bank account information is listed on the invoice for your payment.

4. Proceed with Payments

Payments can be made now; account information is displayed on the invoice. Please send or fax us a copy of your TT or payment evidence after the monies have been moved. We will confirm the sale after we receive your payment. We'll start grooming and reconditioning the car as soon as feasible to save time. Assuring that the car is ready for shipment once payment is received.

5. Payment Confirmation and Shipment Booking

An Official Commercial Invoice will be provided once monies have been received in our account, indicating payment has been received successfully. The shipping will then be confirmed. To help you plan ahead, you will receive an email confirmation with vessel information, an ETA, and an EDD. We will carry out an inspection if your country demands it.

6. Vehicle Shipping Process

Vehicle will be packed in container / RORO Vessel two days prior to vessel departure. Once the vessel arrives on our shores, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the vehicle has left Singapore and is on its way to you.

7. Vehicle Documents (Bill of Lading etc.)

We'll prepare and handle all of your automobile paperwork for you. Original Bill of Ladings, Official Singapore Vehicle De Registration Certificate, Original Commercial/ Sales Invoice, and Inspection Certificate will be sent if your country demands it. Please notify us in advance if you require any more documents so that we can prepare them.

8. Courier of Documents (DHL/FED EX,UPS...)

Original Bills of Ladings will be sent to us within 3 to 4 days following the ship's departure. For your convenience, we will email you a scan copy of all documents. The originals will then be couriered by first-class mail. Our office will send you an email with the parcel's track and trace number for convenient online tracking.

9. Clearing Vehicle / Delivery

Our nominated agents will call you to inform you of vehicle delivery and arrival if you have chosen land transport services or used our clearing agents. They will keep in touch with you throughout the process, and their contact information will be included on the shipment documents for your convenience. If you have your own agents, kindly engage them to start clearing process.
