  • Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs, and valid Employment Pass holders
  • Minimum monthly income of $1,500 (salaried) or $2,000 (self-employed)
  • Total monthly debt obligations (TDSR) must not exceed 55% of gross income
  • Minimum downpayment of 30–40% depending on vehicle OMV
  • Downpayment may be paid in cash or CPF funds
